We are honoured to support our Senior Community.
Our Vision
Quadra Island Seniors Housing Society offers affordable accommodation for seniors with low to moderate incomes on Quadra Island.
Established in 1995 as a registered charitable nonprofit society, our seniors' housing residence is located in Quathiaski Cove. We serve seniors in our community who need affordable housing and may no longer be able to live completely independently.
Our goal is to provide age-friendly housing and community support services, enabling seniors to remain on Quadra for the rest of their lives, surrounded by family and friends.

In 2021, the Quadra Island Seniors Housing Society opened a new senior residence on Harper Road. After years of dedicated planning, this important project serves community members aged 65 and older who have low to moderate incomes.
The complex promotes a strong sense of community, as residents support one another and contribute to the larger community whenever possible, helping them feel appreciated and valued. Aging in place on Quadra Island has now become an appealing option.
